Sometimes you have to take a moment to deliberately breathe in as deeply as you can and then let it out slowly.  The moment you take to do this will be gone, but the relaxation that you feel when you are releasing your breath is well worth a moment of your time.

There are so many things vying for your attention, that often leads you to feel overwhelmed.  Take that moment to calm yourself and focus.  You will then see what is really important.  I pray you discover that it is You!
